Return & Refund - No questions asked
If you are not perfectly satisfied (Change of mind is not applicable), then call our customer service on (+92) 322 7177740 to return the product for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Delivery Charges would be deducted in refund amount. Delivery charges would be as per product weight.
Conditions for Returns
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
2. The product must include the original tags and accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second flyer of Sage packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer box.
4. Discounted item would not be returned. If there is size issue, you can chnage size with no question asked.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
